Elite Tri Coaching presents a meticulously designed 12-months Ironman Training Plan. This comprehensive guide is tailored to help you excel in the gruelling Ironman competition, a triathlon consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon run.


Month 1-3: Building a Solid Foundation


The first quarter of our Ironman training plan is focused on laying a strong base. During this period, we aim to enhance your endurance and stamina. The training includes all three disciplines - swimming, cycling, and running.


Month 4-6: Enhancing Strength and Speed


In the second quarter, the focus shifts to improving your strength and speed. The training becomes more intense with a higher frequency of key sessions. Feedback is provided through Training Peaks and via email, ensuring you make consistent progress towards your goals.


Month 7-9: Race-Specific Training


The third quarter is dedicated to race-specific training. This period is crucial as it prepares you for the actual race day conditions. Our expert coaches, including Richard Keenlyside, provide tailored session planning, focusing on race strategies and post-race analysis.


Month 10-12: Tapering and Race Day


The final quarter is all about tapering your training, allowing your body to recover and prepare for the race. In the last month, there will be sessions to simulate race day conditions, followed by a detailed post-race analysis.

Unlimited Plan Changes and 30 Days Notice Period
